Join us on Saturday, February 25th at 7pm for a FREE concert featuring Jonathan Rundman.

Nationally-acclaimed singer/songwriter to perform and lead worship Feb. 25 – 26.

Jonathan Rundman has been described as “the Neil Young of the Lutheran church” by Rev. Dr. Gilson Waldkoenig at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. LCOS will be hosting this nationally-renowned Lutheran musician and singer/songwriter from Feb. 25 – 26. He is well-known in Lutheran circles as he has lead worship at several ELCA Synod events and seminaries. When Lutheran church musicians and pastors in the area heard he was going to be at LCOS, they asked for the performance date.

Jonathan Rundman’s critically acclaimed songs have been highlighted in publications such as Billboard, The New York Times, The Christian Century, and The Lutheran, and have received radio airplay from coast to coast and in Europe.

Jonathan’s songs have been used as programmatic theme music for regional and national Youth Gatherings. Dozens of congregations across the country use his Heartland Liturgy for their church services. In addition to being a leading voice in new Lutheran music, he was also a contributing author for the bestselling theology/comedy manual The Lutheran Handbook.

Come feed your spirits during his performance on February 25 at 7:00 pm and join us for a reception afterwards. Enjoy his musicality and talents as he helps lead worship the morning of February 26.
