Two Options to Attend 1st Communion 1-Day Class for 2nd Graders
Anyone with a child in either the Second or Third Grade (who did not attend last year) is invited to participate in the First Holy Communion Instruction seminar to be held during Lent. There are two options to attend the three-hour class; Sunday, March 31, from 12:30-3:30 or Saturday, April 6 from 9:00-12:00. Participating children and parent need to contact Jaime Frazier-Baldwin (firstname.lastname@example.org) if they plan to attend to insure proper set up and sufficient supplies. Since we will be using new materials this year we need to have an accurate count so please reply as soon as possible to the mailing that went out in February.
Participants will then receive their First Holy Communion at the 10:30 worship on April 7 with the bread used for Eu- charist being made by one of the families whose child is in the class.
