All 3rd grade students and their parents are invited to a 60-minute Faith Stepping Stone class, “Stepping into God’s Stories” on Sunday, October 13 immediately following worship from 10:30-11:30. The focus of the class is on the importance of studying God’s word of the Bible in a disciple’s daily life. Parents and children will highlight key passages in each book of the new Adventure Bible the children will be receiving each night using the FAITH5 model for Family Home Huddles. Those participating are asked to confirm their attendance by calling or emailing the Director of Children and Family Ministries, Sabrina LaBelle at smgvasta@gmail.com. The youth will receive a blessing on Reformation Sunday, October 27, at the 9:30 service.
