The Social Ministry Committee is looking for a volunteer to take over LCOS’s My Father’s House Meals Ministry, as Kathy and Amelia Wright will be stepping down from the role on June 1. My Father’s House Volunteers are needed to prepare and deliver simple meals for 16 teens and adults in MFH’s substance abuse recovery program. If you are unable to deliver your meal, we will arrange for a volunteer to deliver it to MFH for you!

Snack Sacks for My Father’s House: Volunteers are needed to assemble 24 brown lunch bags with one salty and one sweet non-perishable, factory-sealed snack for the teens and adults who are receiving substance abuse counseling at MFH.
Please feel free to add a note of encouragement, draw a picture, or decorate the bags with stickers! Individual canned or bottled drinks are also very much appreciated, but please keep them in their original case for easier delivery.
